Can I get a sample product before ordering?
Absolutely, but it will come at a cost. The cost of a sample is different for each product so check the product page for the sample price.
What is Minimum Order Quantity?
The MOQ is 1 without a logo but varies when you want a logo on your product. To locate the MOQ you will find it on the product page. If it is not on the product page assume the MOQ with a logo is 1.
What Products/Services do you offer?
We are a promotional product company, so we offer a range of products that can be customised with a logo of your choice.
How long until my order will arrive?
Generally 60 days which is split into 30 days of product Manurfacturing and Printing of your logo and 30 days shipping. If time is short we can normally work out a faster option.
e.g. 21 days but a little bit extra for express shipping.
How does the free shipping work?
Free Shipping is available for orders over $2500AUD. Our free shipping option is only shipped with standard shipping, if you want express shipping you will have to pay the extra cost.
How does the artwork approval process work?
We are not happy until you are happy. You choose where you like the placement of your logo, not us. We just do as we are asked. In saying that we are always happy to help with the placement of your logo.
Can my Logo go on every product?
Yes, all our products are available for customisation which helps your customers acknowledge and appreciate you as a company.
